Finding the right type of eyeliner that is also 100% cruelty-free can be a difficult task. There are so many different types of eyeliner out there, from pencil, to pen, to liquid, to gel dip, to waterproof, to kohl, and more. I wanted to make it SUPER EASY for you to find the perfect cruelty-free replacement! I have categorized all the cruelty-free eyeliner products by type so you can find your perfect one.
This list includes beauty brands that are only 100% cruelty-free and meet ALL of the following criteria:
They do not test on animals during any part of production
They do not order materials from any third party vendor who tests on animals
They do not have third parties test their products on animals on their behalf
They do not sell their products in countries that require animal testing (i.e. mainland China)
